Package #1:  BRIDE TO BE…FIT

You will work one on one with a personal training instructor to set your own fitness goals, both short term and long term.  Your goals will be used to develop a three month workout plan that will get you shape you expect by your wedding date.  This program will be designed to fit your individual needs and will last twelve weeks.  It will include but won’t be limited to aerobic, cardiorespiratory, strength training, functional fitness training, and stability training.  You will pick a start date and work out for three consecutive months following that start date.  Your progress will be documented, for your review, along the way.

Package includes 36 private 1:1 training session, 3 workouts/week; incentive gifts each month as goals are reached; and a whole nutrition diet plan.

Package #2:  THE HONEYMOON

The two of you will work together, with your trainer to determine your individual fitness goals, both short term and long term.  Your goals will be used to develop a three month workout plan that will get you to the shape you expect by your wedding date.  This program will be designed to fit your individual needs and will last twelve weeks.  It will include but won’t be limited to aerobic, cardiorespiratory, strength training, stability training, functional fitness training and partner work.  You will pick a start date and work out for three consecutive months following that start date.  Your progress will be documented, for your review, along the way.

Package #3:  THE BACHELORETTE PARTY

You’ll work as a team to get in shape for the wedding of yours or your friend’s dreams.  Participation in this program will allow you to become invigorated by moving your body and reaching your fitness.  This bootcamp will be offered three time/weeks.  The bootcamps will encompass the following:  Core stability and strength, Overall stability, Cardio; Resistance training; Strength; Endurance and the HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) model which in other words means you’ll be pushed to your limits while noticing results.  I’ll set up challenge play activities, partner exercises, and innovative workouts. Whoever works the hardest in all aspects will get a prize at the end:)

Package includes 36 private boot camp sessions+diet plan+ end of the three month period gift for the toughest competitor.  Groups of 4+(including the bride).  –ASK FOR PRICING–

There will be incentives along the way for the most involved participants.  Incentives include, but aren’t limited to, a free massage, a free mani/pedi, free beauty care products.

We will also be using the GREAT OUTDOORS to increase your workout challenge.  I will treat each group to one outdoor adventure workout which may include, but is not limited to, the following:  kayaking, rock climbing, or biking.
